~~The Granadilla belongs to the family of passiflora and grows to a climber. Granadilla is native to South America and has a strong but fragile, orange skin. The fruit has the shape and size of a plum. The shell is hard and shiny., . ~~ The kids, and my mother-in-law said it looked fake. It did look like plastic. We cut it open and the inside looks like slimy frog eggs. Loverboy would not have a bite. Surprisingly it was very, very good. We all ate a bite, and I had the remainder mixed in yogurt. It had a little hint of lemon, reminded me a bit of kiwi, but was sweet. The fruit comes out clean from the shell, and the inside of the shell looks like coral. Very nice.
Starting in April 2023, the age of eligibility for OAS and GIS will be gradually increased from 65 to 67. In other words, Canadianswhowerebornon or after Feb. 1, 1962 can expect to receive OAS benefits at age 67. The age of eligibility will gradually rise for Canadians who were born between April 1, 1958 and January 31, 1962. The OAS age of eligibility remains unchanged for Canadians born before March 31, 1958.
And starting on July 1, 2013, Canadians can opt for a voluntary deferral of OAS for up to 5 years and receive an actuarially adjusted higher pension. Here’s an example provided in the Budget document:
Rita will be turning 65 in December 2013. She plans to continue working as long as she can. She prefers to forgo her OAS pension for the maximum deferral period of five years so that she can have a substantially higher annual pension amount, starting at age 70. When she takes up her OAS pension at age 70, her annual pension will be $8,814 instead of $6,481 (in 2012 dollars).

I have been reading about simpler and greener living and thought Tuesday was a good place to share 7 steps to simpler living.
Consumeless. Pretty simple. Make a list on Sunday of things you want to buy (non-food items. ) Don't go to the stores as stores encourage impulse buying. Wait until Saturday and look over that list.
Considerthewaste: yes, some items come heavily packaged. Recycle what you can. Make good choices.
Saveenergy: Learn to weatherize; ( I just bought those foam templates to install under switch plates) replace inefficient appliances; consider more energy-efficient lighting; and rearrange your living spaces so they take better advantage of natural heat, lighting and cooling.
Prepare / growyourownfood: I watch "till Debt do us part" and I am always amazed at the amount of meals some families buy (take-outs and eat-in). Preparing your own meals, versus buying ready to heat, and restaurants, is not only healthier; it is an enormous money saver.
Reducecaruse: easier said than done, I know. At least try to plan all your errands for one trip, and plan them according to location. Do all the stops necessary on one side of the road, and then turn around, and do the same on your way back home. Makes sense, and saves gas.
Reducepersonalstress: We are hopelessly overstimulated. Living a greener life is not about learning new things, but it focuses on letting go of the old. Find more time for you.
Learntogiveback: and I was just talking about this to a friend. We have good intentions to do wonderful things for some people, but we are busy, and the gesture goes undone, and it leaves us feeling hopeless and crappy. We need more time. We need to live simpler.
I read that the papaya fruit can weigh in up to twenty pounds, but the average papaya is about six inches long and weighs from one to two pounds.
When fully ripe, the skin is bright yellow.
Ripe papayas should be refrigerated to slow down the ripening process.
This papaya was super ! Very good indeed. My mother ate the seeds, they taste somewhat peppery.
The fruit has tons of nutrients, and antioxidants. Vit C and A, B-complex, and is even good for constipation.
In traditional medicine, papaya seeds are anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic, and analgesic, and they are used to treat stomachache and ringworm infections. A teaspoon will also work as a Liver Detoxifier, according to Chinese medicine.
In Cuba, one of the ladies who traveled with me, had a swimsuit the colour of papaya. When calling out for her, we referred to her as "papaya". The Cubans got a real kick out of it. Apparently "papaya" is slang for a woman's genitals . Hahaha !!
I am not talking about dry vaginas today, I am talking about the skin surrounding the area. I didn't even realize that the area can become very dry, peeling and even flaky. Almost with certainty, the dry area has nothing to do with sex, or the frequency of sex.
An irritation from pads, a bad razor, or an allergy to a certain body wash, soap or bubble bath is more often the culprit.
How to fix it??
Apply some olive oil after cleaning yourself or use Vaseline to moisturize the area.
Use a diaper rash cream on outer sensitive dry areas. (not inside the vagina)
Use tea tree soap or Dove or Pears soap .
Have baking soda bath daily ~ Put 4 heaped tablespoons of baking soda in your bath water and lay in it for at least 20 minutes. Or use Epsom salts bath ~ 2 heaped tablespoons in a bath of water.
Start taking Vitamin E supplements (100–600 IU daily)
I read that a MacDonald's in Sweden put their toilet seats in the dishwasher.
I like scrubbing bubbles and paper towel. Paper towel seems to work better than a rag in those tight spots. I have even used Bon Ami around the hinges.
An old toothbrush is also a great way to scrub around those hinges, and of course, you can always remove the seat from the hinges once in a while and give it a good scrub.
If you have urine stains on your toilet seat, mix 1/4 cup white vinegar and 1/4 cup baking soda in a bowl to make a foamy paste. Using an old toothbrush saturated with the paste, scrub the stain, and leave 10 minutes, before wiping.
Wooden toilet seats... well that's another issue. I don't like them, and don't have one.

I started out by looking for "sex on the Beach" info... not the drink or the dessert. With many lovers headed to warmer weather, I thought I might find some hot position for you. Didn't find anything we didn't already know. While the surf is romantic, you should have sex on the beach, not in the beach. Keeping your genitals out of the sand is best. A position like "woman on top" is always great. Wear a dress, no undies, after dark... and a little sand on your knees and a great orgasm sounds perfect to any woman! Never mind about the sand in his butt crack. He'll quickly overcome. Find a secluded spot and remember that woman with dress up can run faster than man with pants down.
What I did come across was this position for hot summer afternoons. ~~Stand beside a soft-spraying sprinkler and bend over so the water hits your genitals. If you can't reach your hands to the ground, place them on your thighs or calves for support. Your partner should stand behind you and put his hands around your waist as he enters you. ~~ I don't know about the sprinkler part. It's just not appealing to me. If you try it, let me know how enjoyable it was.
I read this and found it hard to believe. ~~Unlike regular diapers, swim diapers are made to take much more punishment. They’re designed to withhold the water, obviously, so you can put them in the wash two or three times (at least) before they start coming loose at the sides. Of course, don’t wash a soiled diaper. But if it’s just wet, throw it in the washing machine. When it’s washed, let it AIR DRY. Otherwise, it will become a hard and crunchy mess.
The Ya Pear is also known as a Chinese White Pear and is native to northern China where it is widely grown. I read that they taste like a cross between a rose and a pineapple. I would have said they taste like an apple. Crisper than a juicy pear.
Ya pears are hard when ripe, unlike the pears we are used to. They can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge. I read that they are very hypoallergenic, and are great for introducing fruit to infants.
