Lo Bok

I bought a Lo Bok. I had read that you could slice it thin, and this vegetable could serve as a cracker.
Is also called a Chinese Radish, but  it does look like a huge parsnip.
It tasted like a strong tasting turnip, or radish perhaps , and made the absolute worst cracker I ever ate.
It has no fat and a 7 inch Lo Bok has 60 calories.
I gave it to Mom. She'll stir fry it.
