    Bingo Report

I donated my 19 bucks to the legion tonight . Well  $21 if we count the cup of tea, and the soft drink.
Mrs HH won ! Happened so quick, she hardly had time to get excited.
And she was the only one getting lucky tonight...  (wink, wink)
Mrs C was in the kitchen, making some noise to keep us alert.
And the mister from the next table had a kink in his oxygen hose, which I straightened out.
It was raining as we left...  doesn't it always on Wednesday nights?
    Until next week....

    Fast food Ketchup

I dunno what the big deal is?
Why do we have to ask for ketchup at a fast food window if someone has ordered fries or a burger. Seems to me it's a given.
Maybe it's considered wasteful to give customers ketchup when they may not want it; well I have the solution.
Put the pickles in a pouch, and keep them off the burgers.
Let people ask for them. Besides they likely cost more.
... and give us ketchup !

    Remember Charles Ramsey ?

The man who put down his burger, to go free Amanda Berry, and the others held hostage in the house in Cleveland Ohio?
Well he has been awarded free hamburgers for life, from 15 restaurants in Cleveland.

~~The kidnapping story has several fast food connections.
Ramsey's story, with its mention of a McDonald's hamburger, won him praise from the restaurant chain.
After the discovery of the women, Castro was arrested in front of a McDonald's about a mile from the house.
As a school bus driver, Castro was once accused of leaving a child alone on a bus, telling the child "lie down, bitch," while he visited a Wendy's restaurant.
Also, a neighbor reported seeing Castro park his school bus outside the house and bring a large bag of fast food and several drinks inside, even though he was thought to live alone. The neighbor said his mother called police, who warned Castro not to park his school bus outside the house.~~

    Breast play

I read an article about breast play. To elaborate, it was about us women, playing with our own breasts during sex with our mates.
    58% do frequently
    22% do sometimes
    20 % never do

One woman claimed she just did not enough nipple sensation to bother with. Said sucking on her nipples is like sucking on the back of my hand.

For some women, their nipples are more sensitive than others. Science has proved that nipple stimulation does in fact release that hormone oxytocin. (hormone which can trigger uterine contractions) therefore the brain does recognize nipple stimulation as being erogenous. But all women are different and if the woman believes that her breasts are connected with sex, then rubbing or sucking on her nipples will likely cause arousal.

Large nipples with small areolas ( the dark-colored circle that surrounds the nipple ) have more nerve endings, and are often hypersensitive.
With the larger areola, and shorter nipple; the areola is actually more sensitive than the nipple itself. Focus between 10 and 2 o'clock on the areola. It's the most sensitive part.

    Biking, eating and drinking

" About an hour before a ride, fuel up with a high carbohydrate snack or small meal. Some ideas might be fresh fruit and whole grain toast or a half whole wheat bagel with peanut butter.
If your ride is longer than 60 minutes, you’ll need to refuel with more carbs. Researchers recommend about 30 to 40 grams of carbohydrate each 30 minutes you ride beyond the first 60 minutes. This might be a good time to consider a sports drink or energy bar. Eating a high carb snack or meal within 60 minutes after a lengthy ride is important to replenish your body and prepare you for your next ride.
Cyclists must make a conscious effort to drink fluids before, during and after riding to stay hydrated. Becoming dehydrated is one of the worst things that can happen to you and so it is important to be proactive and push lots of fluids, even before you feel thirsty. You'll want to drink at least 8 - 12 ounces of fluid immediately before a ride, another 8 ounces every half hour during a ride, and enough when you're finished to gradually replenish those lost fluids after a ride. "

    From Apartment

I found a new term I had never heard before.
The Wallet Zone: The area where the scrotum rests against his thighs.
Blowing air into his wallet zone, is a suggested hot move for foreplay.
    What do ya think?

In most men, the left testicle hangs lower than the right, and in 85% 0f men, the right is the first to be drawn up before ejaculation. To check your man: Next time he’s naked, lightly stroke his inner thigh with a cold hands or a cool object and watch his testicles contract. This automatic response is called the “cremasteric reflex". It's designed to draw them up and protect them.

    Albert Nobbs

I see the movie will be on this weekend on our movie channel. I have watched it, and enjoyed it.
Stars Glenn Close. It's based on a true story.  PVR it if you can.
It's based on the 1918 novella  "The Singular Life of Albert Nobbs"  by George Moore, a Irish author.

What's a novella? longer than a short story, but shorter than a novel.

    2-4-1 Helmet Salute

I recently attended a CAN-Bike session, and in a matter of minutes, I learned how to make my helmet fit perfectly.
2 fingers should fit above your brow to the base of the helmet.
4 fingers should make a "V" around the bottom of your ears. Your earrings should hit the buckle.
1 finger under the strap beneath your chin.

    Do not buy used helmets.
Check dates on the inside of helmets.  They are good for 5 years.

The best way to encourage children to wear a helmet, is to be a good role model, and wear yours.
