Do Peanuts really make you horny ?

I researched this a bit and did find that peanuts are a good snack, just a handful a day. Good for your heart health. Also good to keep your bowels regular
Will it make your libido increase?
Not for us women. Men may get a bit of a testosterone boost as they are a rich natural source of L-arginine. This amino acid helps improve sexual function in men by relaxing blood vessels.



High on the list of libido boosters:
Oysters.  Oysters are high in protein and zinc, which aids in production of testosterone.
Chocolate.  Chocolate contains stimulant compounds that effect the brain's neurotransmitters that give a sense of excitement.
Figs.  Because the inside of a fig mimics the female anatomy, a man eating a fresh fig can send a strong signal to a lucky lady.
Bananas. It isn't just their shape that give bananas a reputation as an aphrodisiac food. Banana contain potassium and B vitamins for muscle strength and enzymes that are said to increase the male sex drive.
Avocado.  Avocados contain essential fatty acids, potassium and vitamin E, all which assist with blood flow and hormone production.

I also read that watermelon aids with your libido.
So go ahead...   have that watermelon martini !
