Day 11 of the Morning Makeover
Being Friday night and all I went to bed after 12:30 am. I did sleep fairly well. 7 hours.
I didn't do any night time routine since its the weekend. This morning I was grateful for the day. Everyone was home, and the sun was out.
Day 11 .... Nutrition and exercise. Yup... they have been talking about getting up 1 to 2 hours earlier than before , and doing 15 to 20 minutes of exercise is one reason. Eating a good hearty breakfast is the other.
They also want me to drink a cold refreshing glass of water before eating anything. It will give me energy. I will try it tomorrow.
