Ham and Egg quiche

To use leftover ham, I made a couple quiches.
Had to keep it simple so the family would all eat it.

In an uncooked shell, I added a cup of ham.
Sprinkled a cup of grated cheese on top.
Beat 3 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk.
It also called for onion, salt and pepper.
I didn't add salt.

Bake at 30 degrees F for 45 minutes.

I made two and put them in the oven with the oven set to come on.
While I visited my niece and babies, they cooked. (I over cooked them a tiny bit.)

But we all enjoyed it !

For my liking, they were not deep enough, and I would have liked peppers and perhaps some broccoli. Next time I will use 4 eggs, and 1 cup milk.
