Ham & Pasta Casserole
Cook egg noodles ( cooked the entire package)
1.5 cups cooked cubed ham tossed with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1 can cream of chicken soup blended with 1 cup milk.
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Add half the noodles in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
add half the ham/cheese mixture.
Spoon half the soup mixture over it.
and repeat with another layer of noodle, ham and soup.
Dab with some butter
Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes,
I worried there wasn't enough liquid, but it was fine.
Son #2 said is was a 6 out of 10. Loverboy said it wasn't the worse thing he had ever had, ( so that is positive). I liked it. I would make it again with leftover ham.
